He works the way you would wish everyone would - with a great deal of the effort on planning every detail so that the actual installation is fast, clean, and with minimal disruption. One of our built-ins included a key component which he discovered to be sized incorrectly while inventorying all the components before starting the job He notified the supplier right away and discussed how we might wish to proceed in light of the discrepancy which we deeply appreciated. He set things up such that we were able to use the space while we waited for the replacement piece to be installed. He also made suggestions that would enhance our built-ins by adding lighting and we were able to add this to the job without unnecessary rework after the fact. Stephen is a delight to work with and we were very pleased with the results.
